- For Tadka
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 2 Green chillies
- Curry leaves 8-10 leaves
- pinch Hing
- 1 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped
Steps to make to make Mango Raita
- Chop mango into cubes and keep aside
- Take a bowl and beat curd.. Add sugar and salt and mix well
- Now add the chopped mango and mix gently.. Keep some cubes for garnish
- Now take a kadai and heat oil, add Rai, jeera, hing, green chillies and curry leaves and prepare tadka..
- Now put the tadka on the mango curd mixture.. Sprinkle some jeera powder and put tadka on top..
- Garnish with leftover mango cubes and fresh coriander leaves and serve with your favourite rice or eat as it is..
- NOTE You can adjust the spices according to your taste buds. You can also sprinkle some red chilli powder and chat masala to enhance the taste
